Supply of complete control technology

We provide a comprehensive solution for the control of furnace atmospheres of heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment by means of control technology. We use temperature controllers, furnace atmosphere controlers (carburizing and nitriding), oxygen probes, hydrogen probes, lambda probes and other sensors including vacuum technology. Our specialty is the implementation of a turn-key control system, including the production of a control panel for the furnace and a gas panel for accurate dosing of gases to create a protective or reaction atmosphere. We always address control system in relation to the user’s technological requirements.

Our supplies include:

• software for comprehensive documentation of the heat treatment process including recorder and visualization on the furnace or PC panel
• dew point analyzers, CO-CO₂ analyzers suitable for heat treatment and protective atmosphere generators
• measuring the temperatureuniformity survey (TUS) at 9-10 points ans system accuracy test (SAT) according to AMS2750E
• oxygen probes Ecosond - self production

Service:

• we provide service for all types of temperature controlers and carburizing potential controlers
• diagnostics of heat treatment equipment and technology failures
• measuring and adjusting the protective atmosphere in all types of furnace equipment
• service and calibration of all types of sensors used in heat treatment shops to control the carburizing potential

At present, 25 complex computer control systems for heat treatment furnaces supplied by our company are in operation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are servicing more than 120 oxygen probes.
